Our 3rd Annual Art Show and Sale at the Center will be held Tuesday, October 25th.  The Pageland Chamber of Commerce is proud to sponsor this event.  Artist will show and sell their works at the Community Center.  Display hours will be from 3 pm to 7 pm.  Light refreshments will be served.  This event will be open to the public and admission is free.  Interested Artist should call the Chamber of Commerce office for information at (843) 672-6400.  To register, download this form and mail: 2011 Art at the Center Registration Form

Again this year, we will be accepting submissions for the 2012 Pageland Watermelon Festival Logo Contest.  Get your creative juices flowing – the winner will receive $50 or a vending space at the 2012 Pageland Watermelon Festival.  We will also have a pumpkin carving or decorating competition this year.  Bring your pumpkin ready to be judged – they can be carved, painted, dressed or whatever creative way you choose.  The winning pumpkin artist will receive a $25 cash prize.

This event is FREE – for the artist and those attending.   Also, you will be able to enjoy live entertainment from local talented artist, while you browse the art displays.   Entertainers include:  Mike Graves, Chad Johnson, New Heights Middle School Ensemble, Ave-Dawn Clarke, Tara Burch and the 2011 Watermelon Idol winner-Danny Gilmore.
