RIDING IN STYLE:  Our Grand Marshals for the 2009 Watermelon Festival Parade -  Mrs. Betty Ballard and Mrs. Ernestine Blakeney.  These two have dedicated many years to educating members of our community and serving others.  Both are true representatives of our community’s foundation.
